All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Crayoune is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Crayoune is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your package.
